Daily Schedule
Children who arrive before 7:00am are required to lay quietly and either go back to sleep or watch television.
- 7:00 Wake up, Breakfast and Get Dressed
- 8:00 School Drop Off
- 8:30 Walk / Bike (Rainy Days: Indoor Play, Music, TV Time, Stories, Board Games)
- 9:30 Arts / Crafts (Coloring, Play dough, Painting, Etc)
- 11:00 Lunch Time
- 12:00 Story Time
- 12:30 Nap Time
- 2:00 Wake up / Get ready
- 2:30 School Pick-Up
- 3:00 Snack
- 3:30 Outdoor Play (Indoor when raining)
- 4:30 Clean Up
- 5:00 Homework
- 6:00 Dinner / Pick-up's begin
The times and plans outlined in the schedule are subject to change according to the needs of the children, the weather, or elsewise that day. They are simply rough estimates to provide a better idea of the types of things we do during a normal day.
I do try to implent education through other resources such as:
- Going to the grocery store and teaching the children about the types of food, prices, etc.
- Spending time outdoors or on the farm learning about nature and animals.
- Possitive affirmations to implent kindness and friendliness.
- Arts and Crafts that teach touch sensory, color difference, creativity and imagination.
- Cleanliness and responsibility by engaging children in group clean-up to learn how to care for yourself and your things.
